    - its very odd..........

well at least you can now get your revenge on your 'friend' - call her and tell her that you think your DS has something highly contagious and she should keep an eye on her kids :p hopefully it's just a reaction to something he's touched (has he been in the garden?)
  • Hello all.

Had a really rubbish day so totally peed off.............some people just haven't got a flamin clue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cant do LR today as hubby is fixing a computer in there and I hate having to clean round him, so might do bathroom if that is ok?

Ok odd question totally not fly related BUT has anyone with kiddies ever had random blistering of hands? I know this is a really odd question but DS has 2 huge ones that have both appeared today and he hasnt been doing anything. Also has some odd little pin !!!!! like cuts??????

The only thing I know with blisters hands is hand foot and mouth but he'd have spots in his mouth and probably be a bit off with it as well. It's gone round my friend's Ds's nursery a few times and he had it too and had blisters too. Sorry I can't be of more help.

OK, I need help now....gym, flying, or collapse on the sofa???? Your votes please!

yep.. are they really itchy perchance?

There are a few reasons.. one is a form of eczema and the other is hand, foot and mouth.. both are incredibly itchy and bleed when chewed off or itched off. the hand foot and mouth usually starts onthe hands but is often accompanied by a high temp, snottiness etc whereas the eczema one is just plain itchy and peels when it has gone down.

Other than that is it possible he has caught himself on nettles or something? too much pencil sharpening? scissor usage?

Come to think of it.. DS1's hands used to peel for no reason at all or so it appeared... they would start on the tip of the thumb.. then the finger tip until the whole palm had peeled.. rather the same as the feet do. It was a fungal infection he got periodically and nooone else ever had it just him and it was much better when he developed the idea that hand washing was actually normal.. :s

Seconded. Right... having done some really exciting research on cloud computing, I think I'm probably going to go for a walk before doing anymore! I need some fresh air to help my brain cells recover...
