I've seen speed camera vans on th M6, M74 and M4. On each occasion there have been a number of huge speed camera signs for a few miles before the camera location.
Cameras bolted to bridges are for traffic monitoring and ANPR systems.
Agree about the M621 50 limit, but don't worry the unmarked cars are a regular visitor and pull motorists for ignoring the limit - easy money for the police, especially where the limit drops after the Stourton junction.0
