It's an instant negative from me after receiving messages like that.

id still give a neg saying you were refunded postage but still out of pocket, hard to fit all that into a feedback message, the only thing id worry about is retaliation of any kind (i always worry when leaving negs because these people have my address and most of them sound like nutters).

I don't think it's a real worry that they will make a journey to your house. The important thing is to be sure that you block them as bidders.
