Thanks for your advice hogshead. I went back to the 2 different stores in question today, bought some more and then went to CS with my till receipts from yesterday and today. First store were reluctant to give me the extra points but did in the end and the second just accepted what I said and added the points without question! I think I might return again and buy some more while the extra points are still on - its such a bargain! Thanks again.

havent been posting much recently (have been reading as much as i can though) as I have been busy trying to organise for my holidays tmrw.
