I think that they will have to. I would assume that the new t&c's can legally only be applied to wins won on the website after 1st Sept rather than wins received by them in the post after 1st Sept.

Ah well it was fun while it lasted, don't know why they're so bothered really as their biccie sales must of rocketed, I don't usually buy mcvities apart from the odd box of jaffas but my kitchen is full of them at the mo.
