Other spends today: when we went out this morning I spent £30 on a jacket for Mum (comes out of present fund), £11 a cosy zip-up jacket for ds for the winter, not a planned spend but necessary, £2 percy pigs and wrapping paper, £7 in Asda on birthday cards, a Halloween dec, a plant sprayer (reduced to 25p) and some new wooden spoons mum needed.

  • I did the same with Tesco, you've just reminded me to check my cashback. Thanks for the reply on the matched betting. Not as complicated as it first sounds once you get into it. Just complicated keeping track of the money I keep depositing and all the accounts I keep opening, but will keep a book as you said. I Will now also start withdrawing some money.

I tend to leave my money in betfair, but withdraw from bookies as I do them, especially if its a larger amount. The tesco offer is really good and worth doing, may even do one for my mum ;):D

Just submitted another 2 earnings enquiries for quidco, a while ago almost everything seemed to track, now at least 50% dont and I have to submit an enquiry

I have been very productive today, I'm really pleased with what I've achieved today; we went shopping and got mums present, then went round to mums and saw my brother and niece and went for a walk in the forest. Came home and did various bits online then have let ds have some computer time while I did housework. I have done 2 loads of washing, emptied and reloaded the dishwasher, tidied all rooms, sorted one pile of paperwork (another huge one still to do), cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, hoovered through quickly and done a couple of little bets :D I do still have the ironing to do but will dave that for when Strictly is on ;)

Popped over to mums this morning with her birthday stuff, had a nice time, my brother and sister and families were there too so was nice. This afternoon we're having a lazy time, I want to update a few financial bits, ds is happy playing with his toys :D

I've been having a look at new tv's / dvd players as our dvd player has totally packed up now and refuses to play anything  :D I think I'll pick up a cheapie dvd player for now and look for a tv after xmas in the sales though.

20p, 10p and 25p on the scratchies today, nothing else to report ;)

Been checking through some betting accounts and found a free £10 to be used on games in one of them that I'd forgotten about, so duly played and withdrawn £11 :D
