Back from WW's and I have lost 3.5lbs this week :j :j I'm very happy with that, it has been harder than other times I've done it, I already feel a bit bored with it, so this weekend I need to sit down and plan some meals properly
10p and 25p on the scratchies today, £3 spent in tesco on bread/milk, £6.75 on snacks at ww meeting (for breaktimes etc at work), and £18 for my monthly pass at ww although I did get a free essentials pack which has a journal and a pen, an eating out guide and a shop guide. I already have these last 2 but they are about 5 yrs old, so its good to get an up-to-date version
I have also got quite a bit of housework / tidying up done, 3 loads of washing, emptied the dishwasher, reunited several piles of toys with ds bedroom  and generally made the place look almost presentable.
Tomorrow I have the dentist after work, 2nd appointment out of 3I also need to pop round to my aunts to help try and fix her emails, I have no idea how but she thinks I'm some techie genius
Off to get ds out the bath before he evolves into a fish, back laterMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Well done on the weight loss :j
I put on a lb after my first week  and I was as good as good can be! As you can imagine, I too am rather bored with it already too  But I am going to try and persevere - I saw photos of myself from just a few years ago and I was mega slim in comparison to today :oSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Aww sorry to hear you put on Hypno, you're better than me, I would have given up
It does get tedious but I have to stick to it, I look pregnant from the side but also I am sooo unfit, I get so out of breath just going up a flight of stairs and I hate it, so I must do something about it
I'm really struggling with less choccy than I'm used to, I'm still having some but not the several bars I'm used to

I have a headache and I am sure it is the chocolate withdrawal kicking in. But I know that if I have a little, I will want a lot, so it is best to stay right away!
I just hope that the good habits form, and pay off - I can't keep putting weight on at this rate, otherwise I will really have problems in the future!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I think chocolate is very addictive, much as I loved it I didn't know when to stop... but tonight DS went to bed leaving half a packet of something till tomorrow - cos he doesn't eat anything when he's full - and I merely stuck a clip on them and moved them off the table! Just done mine Ladypink
I spent £37 but that included 2 pairs of jrans for me (regular and long) so at least one pair will be going back. There wasn't much at all for boys this time, ds needs jeans mainly, not desperately but always worth picking them up in the sales. I bought 2 pairs of jeans for me, a pair of jeans for him and a shirt for him
Back from the dentist too, all dribbly  I had 3 fillings today and she told me that now if any of my back teeth get toothache they will have to come out, theres nothing else she can do for any of themOne more appointment next week, think it is the last one, really hope so
