I'm back ... I weighed in at 11 st 11 lbs, their scales always make me a couple of pounds heavier than mine at home (I weigh myself in the morning too), so nothing I wasn't expecting but still not good all the same
I was quite lucky when I got there that the lady on the signing in desk gave me a voucher which meant I got tonight completely free and can sign up for the monthly pass next week, so has saved me a bit of money tonight :T
I did buy some of their snack bars for break times etc at school, which cost me £6 and I also stopped at the shop for some milk and salad bits which ended up costing me £9
Right, better dust off the old trainers and figure out when I'm going back to the gymTomorrow night is my first session at the dentist, (40 minute appointments for the next 3 thursdays  ), so over then next month or so I'm hoping to see an improvement in how I look what with the ww's, the gym and the dentist

I'm doing WW online right now - cost £35 think it was and have £15 just recieved at Quidco. I've managed 5lb in 4 weeks - it's slow going, but getting used to the smaller portions and lack of biscuits at last:rotfl: I was feeling thinner until yesterday and I feel all fat and bloated again - but haven't gone over my measly 17 points!I really need to sort out a new signature!0

17 points   Yikes thats nothing, by the time you've allowed for a bit of choccy theres nothing left
I'm officially allowed 19 points, but will probably stick to 20 as I have done before, and then anything I earn from going to the gym I just don't use if that makes sense??
Just off for a bath now and to start planning my meals for this week :rolleyes:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Its a really good offer, and I'm sure to be taking advantage of it at some point, thankyou x
I'm back from the dentist, today she's prepared a tooth for a corwn next week and sorted out a couple of others too. Today has been a nsd :T and so far I've only managed to eat 9 :Tpoints, so I have plenty left but can't eat anything yet because I'm still numb :rolleyes:Oops, just remembered, it wasn't quite a nsd as I had to pay £1.60 for parking near the dentist, but still thats not bad when I consider what my treatment should be costing me
A small matched bet to sort out later tonight, a crappy ex to chase up yet again for the rest of this months maintenance money  and a nice warm bath with my name on itMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
