LouiseJ ... good point, actually its even better than that as 2 of the days I'm on a course, so they don't really count as they're not in school

I've been really tired this weekend for some reason and have been quite snappy with ds although he has whinged and whined allll day today
Anyway, once he went to bed I decided to put down the laptop for half an hour and have made some soup for work tomorrow and then did my eyebrows and slapped on an exfoliating mask, and have just cleaned it all off and slappd on a load of night cream
Also downed a pint of water as I haven't drunk much today either. Feeling slightly better and am glad I shifted my bum off the sofa for a bit.
I know I shouldn't weigh in more than once a week (although I do weigh myself every morning), anyway, this morning that pound had disappeared to take me to half a stone :j I won't count it officially unless it shows up on next weeks weigh-in, but it was a good boost today

Hiya, we had a FAB time yesterday, DD loved the kite flying, we flew it on the grass bit by the car park, then walked to the castle (as we couldn't park there
) the cream tea was to die for, fresh strawberries with jam and cream....
:D:D:D:D:D:D the weather was gorgeous, we sat outside and loved walking along the beach.... a perfect day I'd say.

I've finally called the estate agent and the flats going on the market :j He's coming round on wednesday to take photos and measure up etc, and the best bit is their fees were 1.5% (works out at approx £3060) and I negotiatied them down to 1% ( approx £2040) so have already saved a potential £1000

I hope so too, but at least if it does take longer it gives me more time to save some more pennies upMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Loving your pics on facebook Tigz, so wierd to see them, they look beautiful, makes me realise how lucky I am to have all that at the end of the road
Okay, I've done a couple of bets as cheltenham races starts tomorrow. I've never bet on horses before so am a bit nervous, but a friend has talked me through it and am hoping everythings gone okayThe first one will make me £5 profit, the second one will either make me £50 profit if the hors wins, or -£62 with a free £100 bet if it doesn't
(which should hopefully make me about £18 profit overall).

You are very lucky BB, it only takes 30 mins or so from mine to get there so I know I'm luckier than most but would be fab to be able to walk there after school
The kite flying was great fun, haven't done it for years, DD loved itwe'll try it next time we're down xx

Morning
A good start to the day so far, ds is ready for school already (dont leave til 8 and normally i'm yelling at him right until the last minute to get ready), but for some reason today he decided to get on with it without any nagging :T
Also, my tax credits have gone in and this was the last month of it being extra, so thats another £125 into the potI need to find £1 to get rid of 2022, so hopefully as long as I've done nothing majorly wrong with today bets then we should be able to get rid of it by tonight
