Thankyou :) Could really do without the shopping trip with friend today so I can just crack on with the flat, but she really wants me to go with her :o

Weigh-in day today, lost another 1.5lbs which isn't bad really as I've done no exercise this week at all :o So that makes a total of 4.5lbs so far:T Only another 1 stone 10lbs to go :(

Well done on the weight loss! I am finding it harder this week - goes with my general mood I think, so that is some "link" that I really have to address, otherwise I will never lose weight.....

I have until Wednesday to get sorted before WI.......so hoping that I've not done too much damage that can't be undone.

Have a good day clearing and sorting :T

Thanks Hypno, once I've lost another 10lbs I'll start being comfortable with my figure again :) Its just a case of plodding on with it after a while isn't it and hopefully the scales will do their thing!

Have you seen the lads offer on the giol board too? Another one for today and one for tomorrow, good old f.a.cup :T

Back from the shopping trip, I did buy myself a gorgeous scarf in fat face (£17.50) :o but thats my treat to myself for sticking to my diet for 2 weeks. I am going to follow Hypnos lead and give myself little rewards along the way, and I thought there was no point in buying trousers etc as they won't fit for long ;) whereas a scarf will always fit :)

Mums on her way over now to help me start to blitz the flat,no doubt I will get moaned at about the state of the place but hey, its time to get cracking on this place :)

I am following the treat thing too - bought myself a nice wee top for the gym today as most of my old ones are getting a bit baggy. Even if I lose another half a stone it should fit... enjoy the scarf and remember why you bought it when you're wearing it:D.

Made £12 profit from the 2 free bets, could have made more but mum is here and is helping me clean the flat so I can't really sit here on the laptop all afternoon :)
