Oh my word.....wow, you are doing fantastically:beer:
I'm feeling excited as I found out yesterday I'm getting £1508 Parental learning allowance....just checked my Student Loan account online and £1006 of it will be paid this Wednesday...so byebye to my Lloyds loan:T
I must sit down and go through my money as carefully as you. I'm sooo in awe at how you have every single penny accounted for...you are fab;)I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Woohoo, its knocked the mortgage down to July 2022 :j :j :j
That means that in the last month I've cleared 6 months off the mortgage
I also forgot when I did my figures to allow for the money I spent on the stuff to sell on ebay, (£45), so that means that when the items sell all the profit can go towards the £10 challenge instead of some having to go back into my account first
Thanks Milly, I have to try and stay majorly organised with every penny as the matched betting means its very easy to lose track of where my money is as I have lots of different bookies accounts and it gets moved all round between them. You are doing fantastically too, and getting rid of your Lloyds loan will be a massive boost for you too :TMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

And it gets even better ..... just been playing around with the mortgage calculator and have realised that this payment means my mortgage is now just under £40k ... £39,977 :j :j :j
Another job for today is to find how I actually make an overpayment as my mortgage pot is looking very healthy but some needs to be actually paid into the mortgage now but I haven't done that yet since I remortgaged so I need to find out how it works with this companyMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I didn't realise you were planning to adopt Laypink, thats lovely
Well done on your ebay sales, it never ceases to amaze me how unpredictable it can be on there; some things, even in your case the same thing, can attrat such differing amounts. I suppose it shows how much difference a decent description / photo can make

Okay I really should go and have a shower and crack on with things but I'm too keen to get on with the £10 challenge again now
I currently have £145 this month, which is clearly somewhat behind the £230 I should have if I was on track. However, I did expect it to fall behind at times and I'm hoping that the holidays (especially the 6 weeks in the summer) will give me more time to concentrate on it and do lots more mystery shopping and car booting. ALso, with the football world cup and the rugby world cup coming up later in the year I'm hopeful of some decent matched betting offers coming up then too
Right, I must go and have my shower and get dressed, then I will empty the car out, take the trees to the tip and hoover the car out at the garage on the way backMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
