Ladypink - Can tell you are down the bottom of the hill!! We had a good flurry of snow at lunchtime (til about 1.30) and up top, it is white. Brakes juddered as I was on the main stretch on our estate, and that was around 2.20pm. Just waiting for it to start again.

So sorry to hear your news about your Nan BB - there aren't really the right words so have a ((((((hug))))))) instead. Well done on the extra bits and pieces into the mortgage pot.

I too struggle to get motivated to eBay stuff - the listing is fine it's the taking of photos and then packaging things up to post that I loathe!

yeh still waiting for me we had a little earlier too but dont want it to be too deep as have important meeting tomorrow night in bristol and dont want it to be cancelled

Bad news .... it hasn't snowed here
Good news ... schools closed anyway because of the ice :j :j
Just waiting to find out about ds school but planning lots of ebay stuff already

We'd had no snow at abut 2am, but bucketloads by 4 - both my 2's schools are shut...will have 2 happy girls when they wake up:D:D

Looks like ds has to go in, I'm not surprised tbh, I think it was more icy yesterday than today here So it looks like I might be getting a bonus free day to do mse stuff, right must make the most of it, I need to go food shopping too at some point.

Scratchies done, 10p; nothing new or unexpected in the banking, now I just need to persuade ds that he'll have fun at school even though he knows I will be staying at home :rolleyes:

Ds is at school now, just settled on the sofa with a coffee ready to start ebaying and now the snow has started ... give it 5 minutes and there will be a phone call from ds school to go and collect him :rolleyes:

Okay I think today warrants a list or I will just mooch about and waste it

• ebay 10 items
• hoover and dust through
• email id to a bookies to withdraw
• email friend in London
• sort out electricity meter readings
• eyebrows

Think thats about it, don't want to push it I got some food bits when I dropped ds at school, not going to head off to tescos in this weather so will make do

Still can't do the electricity readings, their customer services are closed due to the weather :rolleyes:
