No, the PPI would be all different amounts I think for each time you owed them money so the only way to do this is to add them all up. You would also be entitled to 8% statutory interest on each one too.

    Sorry

You should get a letter within the next week or so explaining what they have done and why, reducing the arrears in normal in cases like this.

I too am reclaiming credit card PPI from Halifax, the last letter I received from them assured me that I would get a decision be 12 August which is tomorrow, I still haven't heard anything, do you by any chance know how prompt they usually are at replying?
  • have been quick with myself to this stage where they have refunded is around 9 weeks waiting for the breakdown to see how they got to the amount
  • Have you actually been awarded the cash & are just waiting for the calculations? How long did it take from receiving your letter confirming the refund to getting the cash or settlement?
  • hi i recieved a letter saying that they would put me in a position back to if i had no ppi and they would contact me regarding the amount they never contacted me and when i looked online had a refund then two days later recieved a statement with a refund on heard nothing else i never agreed to anything

If tomorrow is the 8 weeks you should either receive a decision in the next couple of days, or if they need more time to collect all the documentation then another letter should be sent tomorrow stating this.
