Weight in last night.
Weight has been up this month but seems to have come down to a new low of 10st 9lbs / 149lbs.
2lbs more to go and it's about time to start maintaining weight so I think that's next months challenge, loose 2 more pounds and keep it there.
June was a pretty serious plateau!

11-10 a disappointing gain of 1lb this week.

From starting on 1st July at 12-7,in the eight weeks I`ve shed 11lbs which isn`t bad going.

Maybe this week I`ve reached my "plateau", where no matter what, you stay about the same until your body is ready to let more fat go.
I think everyone gets to a certain point where the weight "sticks" and refuses to budge.

Once again thanks to the "Dragon" for her ingenious idea of concentrating on one month at a time to get rid of 7lbs.
Also thanks to everyone else for their tips,advice,jokes and general contributions.

Dragon,sign me up for the September 7lb shed at a starting weight of 11-10lb.
(mind you,that`s this side of the bank holiday :rotfl::rotfl:)

My weigh-in this morning was quite surprising - I'm feeling really bloaty and fat at the moment but apparently I've lost 2.1lbs this week!

So August's total loss is 11.7lbs :j

Dragon, sign me up for September too! I'm away for the Bank Holiday and will WI on the morning of 1 September when I get back. I'm not feeling optimistic as there will be quite a lot of eating and drinking (but lots of walking too).
