    I haven't done too well the last couple of days... am just hovering around 133lbs at the mo and feeling totally fed up. :(

    Well, Ive been losing a bit of enthusiasm UNTIL today son sent me a dvd of our hols in USA - eek, who is that fat middle aged woman who went with him!! LOL, I do not like seeing myself from the rear, well from any angle really. So, back to the rigid 1200 calories a day again.

    hi all glad to see so many of you still about. I have had a couple of months off after losing my first stone and have managed to maintain my weight at around 10.3 in that time without serious dieting and no exercise. I will be looking out for septembers thread and will be back on board as i have been lazy long enough and i want to lose another stone by xmas. hope everyone has been doing better than me this past couple of months :)
