    Forgive me, I was drawn into the local bakers in town today and bought (and god help me), ate, a sausage roll. How many calories a largish, fresh baked, still hot sausage roll guys?

    Oh gawd, Ive been googling and they reckon 400/500 calories for one lousey sausage roll :(

    Id lost nearly a pound this morning aswell (strange how nothing for ages and then it seems to be dropping off) - bet that sausage roll will wrap itself onto my spare tyre during the night.

    Of course, I did break two bits off for the dogs so thats not a full one is it. But, oh the oil on the paper bag guys - you could see it was an evil thing to eat.
  • Hmm...17st 11lbs today. Not quite sure how I managed that. Never mind, mentioned it in passing to my mum, (in comparison to April's 19st 8lb). Got informed that it's disgusting and I should have my stomach cut out. Remind me again exactly how I have developed such a screwed up response to food?
    I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    You have my total sympathy JoJo *hugs*

    My family don't say such things to my face but instead mention every now and again things like 'I'm worried and so is your sister'.. which is probably worse to me, the idea that they're talking about my weight behind my back :embarasse

    Not the greatest day for me today. I've had horrendous timeofthemonth cramps all day and just generally felt horrible. I made pizza for tea which is pretty bad but I suppose the better of two evils against getting a takeout which is what I really wanted (pizza topped with loads of veggies and not too much half fat cheese). Tomorrow I'll have to try really hard to eat very healthily in the day as we're going to MIL's for tea and will no doubt be plied with dessert (I have no self control when it comes to sweets :rolleyes: )
  • Hi all - a bit late in the day i know but better late than never!

    I managed to lose 2lb this week, which takes me to 4 stone on the nose know - yipee!!!!!!!!!

    I logged it in my weight loss 'book' and it has been 30 weeks since i started my diet! i am determined to keep going until xmas and see how far i get - hopefully get another 2-3 stone off at least!! :)

    anyway, feeling a bit low tonight for some unknown reason, and so off to bed - hopefully feel better in the morning.

    Nite nite all xxxx
    :money::money::money::money:
    I love to save money
