Entitlement to disturbance allowance?

just apply for it- if your entitled you'll get it. If your not you wont. If you dont get it and want to know why, ask for an explanation. From the sounds of your unusual situation your going to have to do this move anyway, just look at DA as a bonus if you get it.

If your moving from forces housing into a private housing that will effect your chances of entitlement too.

that would be great but that is leaving us out of pocket, i have already paid to move the top part of my house over at my expense. and then there is tv licence sky phone mail re-direction, broadband,gas,electricity,cleaners, and the list goes on. i am entitled to it however they refuse to pay. my circumstances state it is a compulsory move (not laid down in the jsp) so i should get it.
they are moving me to another house further up the country after 5 weeks. so i will be staying in forces housing.

You have to reside in the FQ for a minimum of 6 months after the move to get DA. That is why they won't pay.

Apart from the mail re-direction and cleaners, none of the others will cost you any money, you just transfer the services to the new address.

Not true. If you answer the questions correctly you will get it, that does not mean you are entitled to it. It is the claimants responcibility to ensure they are eligible.

sky will cost £160 £105 line rental £60 broadband. plus gardener and cleaners the list goes on.

I'd cut your losses and run if i were you. Most people in your situation never get offered alternative accomdation for mould issues. Let alone 5 wks before they are due to be posted anyway.
