Entitlement to disturbance allowance?

You should be entitled to disturbance allowance, we got it back in catterick garrison and we only moved around the corner, becuase the house was not suitable.
We are currently in colchester and there are lads being moved to new quaters because of refits and they are getting removals and disturbance allowance, I would go further with this, especially if it is a compulsury move.

YOu have just got to make a pain of yourself, thats the only way you get anywhere in this place. I got so annoyed with them I wrote to downing street and got the help I needed. They soon sat up and listened to me then, and I got the correct department. You should not have to write to downing street but if DHE are not helping who else is there? It worked for me

no they aren't moving us back to the original house, as it requires too much work.
