I have also had a problem with Ramada Jarvis so I would like to know who their head of customer services is & maybe an email.
I tried to book rooms though Laterooms.com at Ramada Wetherby. At end of booking site through me out. I did not know if it had gone though or not. I recieved no contact from them so assumed no booking. Worried, several days later I rang hotel to be told no booking exsisted, thought no more about it.
3 days after the date we were to go I recieved a letter stating £461 had been taken from my credit card for not showing up at the hotel for rooms I did not know I had. Have been in contact with hotel (who took money) and laterooms neither will give money back. Any advice0 -
