Today we received the "Reminder Notice" - its now £80 and not a choice of £50.

The parking signs said that you could only pay by mobile phone if parking over 2 hours - so no mobile = no payment!

If they had asked for £20 or £25 I would probably have paid it as that could be considered fairly reasonable for the hours parked - but £80 or £50 is over the top.

What happens if you are deaf? Or if you have no credit/debit card?

That I believe is an illegal term, not that you have to worry about the ticket, because all of it is unenforceable ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

£25? Sounds like a rip off to me!
Anyway, I don't pay scamsters, whether they ask for £1 or £100.
  • Hi Pimpslider, I have just had my "notice of intended litigation" letter......have ignored all so far, but have you had any action from CP plus or Debt Recovery Plus since March?

That's a bit uncalled for, its just a question whether the scammers have taken it further!

    Hey Taff...

Yeah, I suppose in certain circumstances it could be perceived as being 'uncalled for'...however, the way the question has been phrased, sealizzy seems to be 'hunting', 'stalking', 'begging' for information about someone who has been receiving PCN's, or 'toilet paper' as I like to call them.

That said, if sealizzy is a genuine user then I apologise.
