Just wondered how many bedrock recipes there are If we have 5 that means cook for 1 week and freeze enough for the following 3-4 weeks so get the meals done on the first week and have more time on the next few weeks0

I'm going to be a MSE and get the recipes from the website for now.:D[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"[/SIZE]

I paid £9 at Amazon and got my delivery free.
I hate cookbooks without good pics, I looked at the Delias Frugal Food, but I would never buy it because it doesn't have nice pics of the food.
I need to buy this book, don't I:D0 -
I phoned my mom whilst the show was on and we both couldn't believe he was using macadamia nuts - they are really expensive - 11p a brownie!! I couldnt catch my breath lol. But i think its a good show as loads of people must over spend on their shopping and waste lots of food, maybe it will put them a step in the right direction.
Still can't belive he used macadamia nuts though . .[STRIKE]Debt 01.01.2010 = £70,000[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Debt 01.02.2011 = £53,495 [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Debt 05.05.2011 = £51,959 [/STRIKE]

I am watchign it on the iPlayer right now and that amazed me too - they are like the most expensive nuts ever! Can 11p per brownie really be accurate!? Seems unlikely given that they contain macadamias AND white chocolate chunks.August grocery challenge: £50
Spent so far: £37.40 :A0 -

i bet if we worked out a typical OS brownie it would be 0.0005p each or something :rotfl:
