You can't call them "Cornish" pasties if they're not from Cornwall and made to a Cornish Pasty recipe - it was recently trademarked (a la "Champagne"), hence why they're called beef pasties.

Allegra does a lot of the cooking on the Supersizers - love the way she is willing to have a go at war time rations followed by tudor poultry excess. My copy of the book has arrived today and it looks good.0
