Re the bedrock idea - I like that they're showing people to do it, albeit under a different name because, lets face it, these people aren't MSErs and they (along with a lot of other people out there) obviously don't know so the chefs are spreading the word :T

Garlic - apparantly I don't love life because I don't like garlic...
Eggs - fair enough
Lemons - riiight..

Well, much more sensible than last weeks multiple oils and vinegars

im OSer for two reason i sort of have to and its just sensible as if you buy too much you waste it x

Oh, I know - I'm one of those! Shop at Morrisons, buy some decent brands and some organic/free range, plenty of areas I could still save a few pounds each week, but £330 is still 4 months food for me!
