I'm going to show my ignorance here, but what's stem ginger?

I don't really do a lot of spicy things, so I'm confused!

  • Stem ginger is ginger that is preserved in a kind of syrup - you get it in a jar and is sometimes used in baking etc.

This week must be so much easier and fun for the two chefs as the children are willing to try the food offered.
