Clutterfree cooking chorizo will probably be in with the sausages as they are raw.....the slices and chunks of chorizo are already cooked....if you cant get the raw cooking chorizo am sure you could just substitute the cooked stuff.:D0

I always eat a slice when I'm chopping up a large chorizo. Am I eating uncooked meat?0 -

Chorizo is either cured or uncured. Cooking chorizo are uncured, therefore softer and need cooking, more like fresh sausages. Cured chorizo can be eaten as is (ie raw) as they are preserved by the curing process, like salami, parma ham etc which are all raw.People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Big,big THANK YOU for the brownie recipe - I am very much of the Jackie era :-)

Been watching the show with interest. They could have done a weeks shopping for much cheaper. I did it for five of us on 20 quid a few weeks ago. I've posted about it in the food and groceries forum (in the wrong place so I've been told! Ooops!) It still makes good viewing though and we've got some good ideas from it.0
