    Difficult to see how Tesco can NOT be negligent here. They will take pragmatic view and pay out quickly.

    Ony got this far at the moment, but my OH received £1000 from tesco a couple of yrs ago, for a sprained ankle. Although it was a very bad sprain and it did mean a trip to A&E cos we thought it was broken.
    My point is he received this at least a couple of yrs ago and his injury wasn't as bad as OP Nan.!!!

    took a far few calls and letters to get a response and the staf in store didn't give a fig!!! TBH this just made me more determined !!!!
