Really Cheap Games @ PC World (merged)

Just by the by but today is the first time I have read this thread because I thought it was only x-box games and as we dont have one I never bothered but curiousity got the better of me..I hope I have not missed out!!

Hi all

I'm having a real bad time trying to get hold of some of the games I'm looking for - can anyone help me out -

I'm looking for:

Futurama - PS2
Terminator 3 - PS2
Scooby Doo 100 Frights - PS2
Timesplitters 2 - PS2
Knoockout Kings 2002 - PS2
(basically anything on the list cheap cheap (under £4) on PS2 cos I need them to keep hubby occupied on holiday - as if I wasn't enough!!)

XBox - Hobbie
XBox - Voodoo Vince

(These are for me and not hubby)

Just sent my mother up to Ealing store for me (as I can't get out - my scooter is being repaired!) So I can update my wants when she gets back, if she gets any

If anyone has them, or can get them for me I'd be grateful!

Give CS a call and see if they can locate any for you, but without the product code they might find it difficult, unfortunately I dont know the codes for those ones.

Didnt know LMAmanager was in the sale, have seen loads of those recently...

I did this morning, but they said they couldn't so I had to call the store to check. Mum did that, and found a few games in Ealing (Dixons and Currys). Mum won't travel further than Ealing, and like I said, I can't get out because my disabled scooter is being fixed (totally poo'd without it..) I'll hunt around and see if there's anyway I can find the codes.

If anyone has 2 Futurama's for the PS2 - he'd love to have one of those if you only want one....

Mum decided to check the Southall store - apparently some bloke went in there this morning and bought the whole lot that they had left - manager said he had a trolley totally full to the brim...... Ah well...... if you're reading this - you don't happen to have a Futurama do you????

And PC World on the Roundabout in Northolt/Greenford said that they have none left at all.

Tried the Harrogate PC World today, fella I spoke to wasn't giving anything away and didn't admit to there being any cheap ones until I said a friend had got some for 49p to which he replied who did you say had bought them to which I replied not at this store, another one. He said we haven't got any of those ones here but when I asked if he could check on the system he said there was no point as someone had already been in and bought them ALL!! Make that one out if you can!

So if someone really did go and buy them all and has any spare and is reading this I would be very grateful if the could message me or post on here the ones they don't want.

I tried Currys in York.(clifton Moor)

CS there very evasive. I was told that they only had games reduced to £19.99!

Anyone had sucess in York?
