that take it easy thing was kinda my logic for tonight and my pace still turned out to be around 10:30, so i'm happy i did it...

beanie - i never ran into mr runnerman, but he's on msn now! lol!

i was hoping to do another 10k in aug but i think i will be easy on myself and do a 5km instead.....might even drag mr runnnerman along

And yes, start with a blitz.....I have two cleaners for about 1 and a half hours per week. They always give the kitchen, toilets and bathrooms a good going over. They always clean my shower out. The girls bedrooms - well they do what they can - sometimes they are the pits....and they do a rota of the other stuff......one week they do down the sofas and under them, the week after they do under beds etc...

That sounds the sort of thing I want, I'll have another look tomorrow Sammy thanks.

Hey, you girls should stop being so hard on yourselves. At least you got out there and did it in the first place, and no doubt with the pressure off you'll find whatever (in the name of god) you enjoyed about the whole thing again.

I can't even find the motivation to start yet another diet, I know I make noises about it every now and then. But, honestly, I'm bored with being on diets and trying to get back to being thin again. Maybe I'm supposed to be a little bit squishy now I'm in the twilight of my thirties :rotfl:And I know where the gym is, I could even walk there if the car weren't so comfortable.:rolleyes:
