Wow, it never occurred to me that a cleaner would do all that! Under the beds and stuff. It's looking more and more appealing by the minute!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Sammy :( Ive been like that since Leeds but I forced myself out tonight and made myself go really slow, nice and easy and plodded along...really really enjoyed it, first time for months. Maybe you just need some time out and forget about it, then go back to it under no pressure. Just aim to go out for a 2 mile run, something quick and you might start to feel you want to do more again

Sally, thats what I have been doing tbh, I read somewhere today to just go out and if you think you can do 3 miles then just do 1.5 - if you think you can do 1.5 then just do 1 mile...in theory it should bring back the wanting to do a run instead of having to do a run.....

I just think that I am going to get up and run for 5 mins each day....no pressure, may walk if I need to but at least just get out.

Good was to start, you can always find 5-10 mins in a day. Really hope it gives you back your running mojo
