    Does anyone know where I can get a decent cheap shredder? I think when I get all the paperwork together it's time to get rid of a lot of it. I mean, I don't think I need to keep MOT invoices for a car I sold two years ago do I?! Or loads of old hospital appointment letters (as long as I write the phone numbers down first).

    ooh, I forgot - I managed to get some from Asda. They are perfect, should be able to pin them behind the curtains no problem.

    Ames - Got mine from Mr T's £16 2 years ago, still going strong, no problems with it, must some at Argos ?

    Phew, just finished the kitchen. I started it on Friday night, then didn't do much to it over the weekend, and have now finished it (cleaning I mean not decorating or anything!!)

    Thought if I did one room each night, I would be back on top of things - pathetic really because other people manage it whilst working full time. I did too but just recently haven't been so motivated.

    Well done! I finished my kitchen last night, but it's the tiniest kitchen in the world ever. One room at a time is a great plan, stops you getting overfaced by it all.

    I think I'm ok now beanie. I had a few 'pulled muscle' sensations not long after the cake, but they haven't developed more.

    I think if I stay away from fats and lots of carbs, I should be ok.
