grateful - I'm sure you'd never be a carping/moaning unrealistic vendor like all the ones I have!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Plus you waaaaaaaay too nice!!!!

All the ones that have been on a year think theirs is the only property in the whole of the village that hasn't fallen in price by the 20/25% that our arear has. Oh, but the property they have their eye on has fallen WAY more than that

You know I sorted out my shoes earlier. I just had to post this email that I got from the nice lady who came and collected them.....

"I just had to say thanks for the shoes. They are lovely. The pink ones are perfect for wearing to the registry office when I get married in 4 weeks."

Isn't that the sweetest thing. I feel so good now. :D:D:D

    Level Three
[STRIKE]Sort and organise a drawer[/STRIKE]this is the 'drawer of doom' and it has been done. gardening stuff (eg string and lawnmower blades) moved to shed, lots thrown and drawer vacuumed and wiped out and rearranged tidily
    [STRIKE]Thoroughly clean the fridge[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wipe the table.. does it need a clean cloth[/STRIKE]:eek:

    Extras

    1. Wash the windows if they need it did saturday so NO:D
    2. [STRIKE]sort a hotspot[/STRIKE] - I deep cleaned the HOB!
    3. [STRIKE]Empty maiden and refill with more ironing![/STRIKE]
    5 things to do
1 write Summer Home Project list to include creosoting (or similar) the fence because it's desperate
write Summer work Profect list so I know what I need to have done before I return to work
2 write shopping list to include sympathy card for ex MIL and Jenny (daughter of deceased) and flower fly killer thing as couldn't find in Morrisons (try Wilkinsons *winks*)
3 contact insurance re damaged sanitary ware (cistern lid in two bits - we think it was the cat) but no-one was around when it crashed off and snapped) and cracked sink - no doubt caused when child dropped electric toothbrush in and see whatv they will cover and whether they will need to see damage
4 check tracking on Quidco as insurance reneawl was 3 month ago now
    5 update bank account

am VERY impressed as DD has had another major sort - the things she couldn't bear to get rid of last time are being sorted into
    • put in loft (this appears to be much loved soft toys)
    • send to charity shop/donate to school
    • throw
so Soappie/Toots can I have a special 'excellent declutter by a teen' - unprompted (ie she has decided to do this herself!) award for her please?

I have also sorted through her recycling and allocated it as appropriate
Put 2 sacks of soft toys in attic
put aired laundry away and put towels on maiden to air
mopped bathroom floor - since I had a mop bucket full of hot water...
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY
