it's smaller but so much cheaper (ctax, water etc cheaper too) I'm still not convinced it's the right move, not 100% as I like this house, the village etc but the savings and the security of a local authority tenancy rather than private. We can also make it more our own, we haven't even put a picture up here in 2 years as I don't think it's ever felt like home.

    My advice is...

think about what advice you would give a friend if they were in your position. Always works for me!! Think what you would tell a friend, it kinda takes you away from your emotional involvment!

Morning - early start for me today as I told OH to get me up before he went to work as I need to get into town early to try and get laddo some clothes. This is not going to be easy for a 6ft skinny lad and he wants to be at his mates by 12. He is of course currently snoring his little head off as is DD but at least I can get breakfasted and showered before they're up.

Aaaah little dogs come for a cuddle now I'll have to stay here for a bit :D

Lilme - it does sound like a better move in the long run, hope it all goes smoothly

Jo glad you got there safely albeit a little later than planned

Right going for a wander round the threads then i should go downstairs and turn my phone alarm off which is now sounding every 9 mins - wonder how long before the kids hear it :rotfl:
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
