sexymouse and I are going to go for a walk tomorrow at Chawton - 4.5 miles, so if anyone local wants to join us (froddy, Mrs B
), let me know and I'll confirm the time and place to meet.
There is clearly a typo here greenbee it says 4.5 miles but that cant be right, surely?? I would probably collapse at the 1/2 mile stage and thats pushing it:rotfl::rotfl:
Unfortunately  OH is working tomorrow and wont be able to take me that far out to meet y'alland Im not kiddie-free until monday PM this week and then im not OH-free!! If I did bring the kids () id have to get their dad to have the wee 'un and it might be a bit far for my DD as she is a brittle asthmatic
Im normally free Sunday PM 1.30 until 5pm (at latest) if you'd like to offer again another time.. its just the transport that Id struggle with as OH works during these hours! But something a little closer to home I might be able to blag a bit of his time. Believe it or not he's a taxi driver and moans if I ask for a lift "because he could be earning instead of giving me free lifts everywhere" so he says:rotfl:
I did notice Froddington must be local-ish by the pompey avatar!!
Im darn bored tonight.. OH at work, kids watching films upstairs, NO-ONE here or on FB.. it's diabolical!!! I was actually considering going to watch TV in bed @ 8.40pm tonight... I SOOOOO need to get a life:rotfl::rotfl:
Mshhhesss Bbbb xx:rotfl:If you have made someone laugh today... check your skirt isn't tucked into your knickers!!!:rotfl:SarahShattered wrote: »Mrs B you're a legend.0 -

Evening ladies
All caught up with fred now so here goes
Mudbath - massive hugs for your family especially your dear dad and DH, as for mum, its hard when they cant see or wont accept theres a problem
SarahS - DH did sound mean, its not like the dog cant wait an hour or so.
soappie - thanks for the favours tip. I love the idea and its traditional but I dont actually know anyone who likes sugared almonds.
chunky - glad you feeling better
boddy - hope you have (are having) a lovely retirement do
serena - thanx for looking for the sandals for me - I really appreciate it.
GnB - thx too and yes it was size 5
rosepink - glad you a bit better tody. It will be hard for your DH sometimes but it doesnt mean he doesnt love you or doesnt care. i know I have to 'back off' a bit sometimes when my OH has his depressive spells but its only to protect myself and keep my spirits up for the children. Hugs x
greenbee - dont worry about the flying, you have a lot on your plate at the mo. Well done on the final interview.
pollybear - Hope doogies ok. ETA Glad its all over
GnB - My hairdryer did that too and I was gutted. Had to buy a replacement and couldnt get identical the new one is just NOT the same in the way it handles so my old one is with my dad hoping he can repair it. Its like a best friend, cant go out without having used it.
kassey - have a great hols, and anyone else I missed
weebleswobble - well done on your first week
merlin1 - welcome, and dont try and do it all in the first week (because you'll show me up) I too work FT so try and do a bit in the week. In this house its impossible to keep up so I try and make sure each room (well each 'public' room) is done well, every other week with damage limitation in between.
Valli - glad the reaction from rellys was oK. It can be difficult but I think they are pleased you made the effort to pay your respects
methekidsncat - hope all goes well next week, even if it is a bit of running round for you
Miss Shattered - Welcome to the thread - hope you are enjoying helping out. Perhaps you can encourage Littlemeister, and you already know Miss A I see
greenbee - I think Littlemeister is lost in her tip again. Now its the hols she has more time to mess it up again. Last time I dared look in she was making things with clay and had acrylic paints all over everywhere. Apparently OH took her shopping yesterday. When I asked him if he knew what she had bought he said 'oh no, I just let her get on with it':mad: you'd think by now he'd know anything messy is toxic in her hands. At least I've made her clean the bathroom up again after I did it yesterday.
Anyway tonights been a lazy evening, my body seems to wind down as soon as I get in on a Friday so have done no flying, we had IFFITS for tea that were microwaved and I've sat up here ever since.
Tomorrows plan is
take DS into town for W clothes (only DD will have to come as well as OH is at work)
Food shopping
Then general catch up in house.
OOps Mustnt forget to get the towels in off the line . I asked OH to hang them out this morning before I went to work. He was doing it when I came home and of course it was the first dry day we've had all week!!!
Would love to join you in the bar but Sundays my day when I have a small glass with my roast dinner which is usually enough to send my fingers wonky.
TTFN
PS That change of picture is weirdMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
