I have found this company to be very unprofessional. I made an appointment one day for the morning of the second day after. The evening after I had a call from their surveyor saying the office had made a c o c k up and always cocked up and he would not be able to get to me until the afternoon instead of the morning. I explained I had taken the morning off work and had to go back in the afternoon so could not be there. He said he would call the office and say I wanted to rearrange and the would contact him. I replied that I did not want to rearrange, it was him who wanted to rearrange and that I would be calling his office. Called the office to complain and was told no one was there and would definitely get someone back to me the next morning. Nothing. Just spoke to a couple of neighbours who have had same problem. Not good. Lost a mornings pay for nothing.0

I received a cold-call today from "Energy Care", addressing me by name and saying that my postcode meant I was probably eligible for free solar panels, and when could they come and do an assessment. I explained that I'm registered with TPS and asked where they had got my no. from. General database was the reply. I asked the caller for her no. and she said she didn't have it, so I asked if there was a website address, and got the same response. I said then you can't expect me to invite complete strangers into my home when I can't find anything out about you, and hung up. I then tried 1471 but nothing happened. I believe she had not ended the call her end, so I kept on trying. 15 minutes later I got through to 1471 and guess what? "caller withheld their number"0

I've just had a flyer through the door from 'EnergyCare Group' whose web address is energycaregroupltd_co_uk (I'm not allowed to post links so replace '_' with '.') exhorting me to "Claim your FREE cavity wall and loft insulation" and "Have a new boiler installed with little or no outlay". It talks about the Government Green Deal - which as far as I can see finished in July last year! Clearly they are using the ruse that you'll get it free or nearly free to encourage you to get someone round for a 'survey' and then they'll try to talk you into paying for it with no Green Deal subsidy available.

We have had a handful of bad reviews in the past, many several years ago. We have worked hard to ensure we provide the high level of service our customers would expect.
Although we do understand things do go wrong from time to time, we do not believe these reviews reflect our level of service, when taking in to account the large volume of work we carry out. We would always work with customers to ensure any issues are resolved to the customers satisfaction.

Positive feedback letter from Mr Tinley in St.Neots.
I recently (5/2/16) had a new Worcester boiler installed by Energycare Group and I would like you to know how pleased I have been with the service and quality of the work carried out by your firm.
The two operatives who came were fitter Patrick and the electrician Shaun, both of whom were polite and tidy and carried out their work with skill and efficiency.
Also the support from your office and staff was very good including surveyor Jim.

Do not answer the phone, do not phone back when they say they will. Most cursory of apologies for not making an appointment; wasted afternoon. Did I want to make another appointment, not likely! How much money are they getting from the government/power companies for insulating??0

our business gets calls from them three times a day we are a plant hire company i have told them to delete our details saying the line they call is an emergency line for our customers they still keep ringing.
Who do i call
How do i contact these idiots as we are sick of the phone calls it is stressful enough.
Someone here must know something, i noticed someone posted that the company operates from norwich.
