BB, I'm going to Ikea in the next few days, I'll get you the fleeces and send them down to you, it's got to be cheaper than ebay. Just pm me your address and what colour etc.

As for flat pack furniture, I bought a filing cabinet last september, my sister took it out of the box to put together that same day, put two drawer runners on and it's been left like that since. I'm going to do it myself, hopefully tonight, since I've borrowed an electric screwdriver so it wont be too hard. I got a bookcase the same time that's still in the box, but really needs putting together because my books are building up, and I'm planning to do a literature ou course in Feb that'll generate lots of books.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Skinty - ask on freecycle for one - they're often only used a couple of times and languish in sheds - you might get lucky.

Spud.....my tagine in action (you can see why I had to buy it to match my kitchen)...it's smelling yummy.

This is where I spent the afternoon waiting to watch the air race from France....waiting being the operative word, we gave up and came home - very, very windy up there. (it's about 5 mins walk from my house)

Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Loving the tangine - very funky! I was expecting something more traditional so it was a wee surprise.

    Nice view too.

I made myself a lovely lunch of quinoa, salad and steamed salad to bring with me to the anti-viral centre......
but I left it in the fridge at home

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
