Mmm toffifees, I really like them. I'm being good though, in the last month I've had two ice creams and that's it for treat food, I just keep telling myself that when my weight's down I can start eating them again, as long as I can keep it reasonable.

Right ,I'm back from eyebrow defuzzing-and still in a foul mood I might add-beware!
Walking down to Beauty salon my 3 day old sandals snapped-had to walk through town barefoot like a halfwit. Got to salon-I was an hour early for my appt. Used the time to go and but pair of flip-flops. DH rang to say he would be home around 7pm. I rang back and said not to bother- too much trouble.Conversation then went along the lines of "they're your mates anyway,they won't miss me, I don't know them" Well yes, that's because you're always away/too busy to meet up with them. I always go to parties of your mates..thats how you get to know them. "Anyway-not sure where things stand now-I said not to bust a gut to get here tonight. Men....

Skinty if he comes home grudgingly it's not worth the sulks I'll have for the next few days.
Who asked if we could rent the house out? Well in theory yes, but in reality no because DH is the executor of his mums estate, and his brother is dead set against renting it out. He just wants to sell it as soon as possible,and if that means dropping the price till it's given away so be it. obviously it's not a great time to sell-especially if you don't "need" the cash immediately-as his brother does (to sniff up his nose,if you get me).We have offered to buy his share out-but he thinks we are ripping him off in some way...families-who needs them?

Sorry to take this thread over,but I've just had a thought..hormonally-related.....I had a few days like this a couple of months ago-anyone remember? I felt really down,like a black cloud sitting on my shoulder,just as I do now....could it be pill related d'ya think? I usually take packs back to back ,but I'm having a break for a week right now..could this mood really be hormonal?

It could be. I take a few packets back to back too, and get bad periods, although it's more physical, making the ME worse. But my mood's always affected too.

I have realised that I unplugged the slow cooker to put the toaster on, so the SC has been off for about 2 hours..........bollox..........I didn't put it on until around 11 because it's chunks of stewing steak i'm making a chilli out of. It's back on now and on high but I think it might be chilli tomorrow night now, it's going to be around 9 before it's ready :rolleyes:

Although that would probably tie in with OH turning up anyway :rolleyes:

Hmm,interesting, I wonder if it's the break causing it-I don't get particularly hormony normally. That's just topped my day off..went to run a nice relaxing bath...no hot water, DD used it all this morning...great...
Still don't know if he's coming back tonight or not....
