I think it IS Gibraltar and NOT Hong Kong. The rock would signify Gibraltar, and there is also such a thing as the Gibraltar monkey - considered by many as the key attraction in Gibraltar!!

I've found usually in these type of comps they do throw some easy ones in ( the only exception perhaps being The Independent )

There's definately something dodgy about the chimney stack in the top left hand corner...it seems to have a door on it, with a handle, but its not leading to a flat roof so couldnt be!
