So what if they do, this is their right along with everyone elses right and the bottom line is WHO CARES? If they want to get into debt then good luck, if they can avoid paying then brilliant!

After 3 yearsIt is very difficult to get credit for many years after bankruptcy. I believe many loan and mortgage applications ask if you have EVER been declared bankrupt.
Really? Not true... only as long as the b/r is for. Forget loans/morgages i'm specifically referring to revolving credit. Easy to do it.
