    I think they should hold the data for as long as possible, to stop irresponsible people borrowing more money they cannot afford to pay back.
    I for one will not be signing.

    Why not fall inline with Europe - everything else we do is governed by Europe!!!

    and for the record my CRA data is 'clean' with no adverse.
