Am very proud of the fact I evicted a spider yesterday, I am absolutely terrified of them, but armed with a broom I coaxed him on to it and set him free.
What i'd give to be 10 stone... you must have been a real skinny, minny prior to December
.
You could join me in the 30 Day Shred ..... it is absolute, total and utter torture, but as jillian keeps saying 'abs like these don't come for free!' I've never got beyond day 5, but this time it'll be different.

Scrooge, I am a grazer, sugar addict and cheese fiend. (Not together unless it's a cheesecake !) I'm very naughty in the chocolate/sweets/biscuits aisles and know that's what it's all about.
30 Day shred sounds painful..off to google it.DC.

Hi DC - if I was 10 stone I would be at the low end of my ideal weight range.... sadly nowhere near! That property looked lovely. Well done on the decluttering, dreaming is good too LOLAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Me too ! My ideal weight is somewhere between 8.5- 9 stone ... I am currently somewhere between 9.5 -10 stone. I know it does not sound a lot but I have very small frame ... size 3 feet, tiny hands ... you get the picture ... so I really don't carry weight well. I really want to lose 1/2 stone in the next 6 weeks or so as I have a function to go to where \i want to feel confident !!:o Diet starts on Monday;)0 -
Yes 40sm ! I may not have been in control of the financial figures for a few years but need to nip this in the bud. Anything to boost confidence is always welcome.DC.

To those of you that regularly run, I bow to you.. I read so much on here about morning runs and the good feeling that goes with it and I know I can't - and won't - ever be able to summon the the discipline, confidence, co-ordination and general ooomph that goes with it.
I recall 'running' at school and if you ever remember the Friends episode that Pheobe and Rachel went 'running' - that's me.
So in an effort to beat the bulge I am going to don the ipod shuffle, save myself 40p parking by walking into town and vote, go to the PO with parcel. I won't say it's an attempt at power walking, because again the thought of me trying to maintain some sort of excercise requiring physical co-ordination sends me into fits of giggles.
The OU have agreed I can study again, so best find a pen, the dog had the last one that actually worked last week.
Wish me luck.DC.

Good for you for walking - the exercise does help on so many levels so get out there and enjoy the bracing fresh air.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Good morning world.
A lovely Sunday morning. Signs of blue skies, but yesterday I was cold, actually put heating on for an hour.
So my first attempt at a diet begins tomorrow. I'm not very good with breakfast, usually an on the go affair with an apple. And then the munchies throughout the morning ie jelly babies or such like (which aren't cheap.) Will make a serious attempt to knock these bad habits.
Am still hovering around the baseline in my OD, payday is 6 days away.
In the last month I've sold £200 worth on ebay/Amazon after fees/postage it works out to around £178, am very pleased. However why do Amazon payments take a week to find their way to my account ?
I was going to ebay a load of the childrens clothes, but to be honest I find that category hard going, so an NSPCC bag came through the door yesterday so that's where they are going.
I'm really going to have to get up to speed with housework and domestic stuff over the next few weeks. OU course starts next month and I don't want to find myself faffing/procrastinating etc.
The boys have requested a good ol' fashioned cooked breakfast just like DH used to make this morning, so thats on the cards, and roast chicken with the lot this evening.
Let's see what you are all up to..DC.

Good luck with the diet - it is all about being sensible and not telling yourself constantly that you "can't" have something.
Well done on the ebay and amazon sales - that is an excellent amount :T Keep up the good work xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Good morning DC.
Fantastic ebay/amazon sales and well done on being on the baseline of your overdraft with 6 days to go and not in the underground vault. A storecupboard challenge should do it?
On that note, I am going to head over to Weezl's 50p a day thread, if it still exists, and see how long I can make the £61.00 left in the housekeeping budget last. I have plenty of food in the cupboards/freezer, so just about possible.
It's still very chilly here on the East Coast of Scotland, and we are still in our boots and winter gear, i'm beginning to think i'll be in them all year, but that's a positive, right, no new summer clothes required
