You are making great progress with the house stuff - that must make a difference to the place!
As for the financial ups and downs - that applies to all of us - sometimes one step forward, two back, sometimes two forward, one back, and sometimes we just jog up and down on the spot going nowhere but wearing ourselves out in the process!
But we will get there xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Right it's 9am I have put my postive hat on !
Just checked Quidco. and have £37 itching to be paid to my bank account this month.- Menu plan has been so jiggled due to mini-men's social life this last week I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to be cooking this week, so it needs some tuning.
- Ironing basket is slowly reproducing again, got to nip that in the bud.
- Downstairs toilet is begging for a coat of paint, could do that in an hour today. (Just need DS1 to remove one of those thin scawny spiders that spin when you disturb them.)
So maybe another signpost on my road to financial freedom.DC.

good for you DC, more out than in...its something that never seems conceivable, but happens to alot of us, you just need to figure out how much of that outgoing is essential, and how much is what is 'spent' then you can see where the belt tightening can happen.
And your house will look beautiful at the same time lol xxPay £15k by Xmas10 £1478.19/£15000[STRIKE]24/07/09[/STRIKE] present - loan - £8550 overdraft#1 - [STRIKE]£2516.87[/STRIKE] £0 credit card - [STRIKE]£1210 [/STRIKE] £0TOTAL - [STRIKE]£12276.87[/STRIKE] £9133.63:T0 -
Funny thing is I can tell you to the penny what's due out when, and how much I have available at any given time, my biggest problem is the extra £10 here, cashpoint there etc I just don't stick to the household grocery budget.
And holding folding - forget it. It's like a firework in my purse, just can't wait to get out.
So here we are Monday morning, a third of the way though October, boxing gloves and positive hat on ! They don't really match....but will do the job.DC.
