sent hubby down to test drive today (plymouth) they gave him the points and them some keys and told him to be back in an hour, no selling even attempted!!

A friend in Ely, Cambs got her points added at the EMG Ford garage there. Easy as that. Just like you experienced ma6jrp with their Milton branch.
I still don't know if my points have been dealt with by TCH Peterboro'. Tried phoning them three times, salespr@t I dealt with is too busy to return my calls apparantly. Heaven above knows how he deals with 'real' customers.

Did my test drive at Northampton yesterday. No receipt given and no points on line as of today. OH now wishes he'd listened a bit harder when I sent him round the shop for a paper on Sunday, and then asked today why we only had one voucher.... doh!

But I don't understand why some people's points are going on straight away, and some don't? I'm just a bit worried because he took my card away to "to the business" as the dealership was being refurbished and the sales were being done from a portacabin in the car park...

I went in yesterday got my points and my 10000 nectar points receipt, but no points added as yet.

Took my Test Drive today, but Salesman gave me my voucher back - so if anyone wants it, PM me (I will post it today to the first person to PM who hasn't had one of these vouchers)

The voucher expires on Saturday night, so if I post it 1st today, it should reach you by tomorrow or Sat at the latest.

I did mine today. they said they send the details to there Stafford office and it take 3 weeks to credit to Nectar.

I would have prefered that they swiped your card or something rather than just write it down and take the coupon as if things go wrong how do you chase it up?
