In praise of... Egg Money Manager

That's odd then, they both fail at the registration stage for me.
For both of these accounts they have username, password and memorable information. The u/n and p/w are always required but the memorable information requested varies. Maybe one piece of your memorable info is wrong. So when you login manually it works with one memorable info but via EMM it uses a different memorable info which is wrong.
I would write the security details in notepad and copy paste to login into the account. Login and then log out until cahoot and coventry have asked for all the different memorable info. Then copy and paste into EMM and try again to save it.
Remember also when copying and pasting not to copy extra space.
Just a suggestion.0 -

Thanks for that. The login details were all correct.
However, I've just tried enabling cookies, and disabling pop-up blocker, and that's enabled me to successfully register all 4 of my missing institutions. The bad news is that whenever I log in to Egg, there always seems to be 1 or 2 accounts that don't work (so show 'error' next to them). Oddly, it's not always the same accounts that fail each time I log in.Stompa0 -

I should have thought of that...:o
really common issue with web apps.
Egg should add some code to check for IE pop up blocker and notify you to switch it off.0 -
What happens when you click Error?
Nothing. There's a message at the top of the screen saying: "At the moment, we can't connect to one or more of your organisations. You can find out more by selecting the error link below.", but clicking on the 'Error' link does nothing. Oddly though, the correct balance is displayed for those accounts.....Stompa0 -
The above is one of the reasons why I switched to FDIB+ which has worked flawlessly for me ever since.0

Hmmm, I'm now unable to log in to Egg, getting a message saying: "We are unable to retrieve your Egg account details at this time. Please try again later".
Perhaps, they limit how frequently you can log in.....?Stompa0 -

EMM maintains the balance of when it last logged in.0 -
