Like hulagirl, I got the "sorry you haven't actually won" email and Saturday got the makeup bag and mirror in the post. It came special delivery and there was a note inside saying "sorry you didn't receive this first time round".0

My mother got the *mistake* email. Originally she was on the list as winning a dry shampoo & a lipgloss. Today she received a hair mask with a note saying they couldn't send aerosols throgh the post so sent that instead. Also she got a Neutrogena wave instead of the lipgloss (no explanation why) Not that she was complaning. So I wouldn't give up hope just yet but might not be what you were expecting. Hope all the winners do receive something :hello:0

I emailed them the same day they sent out their email and have had no response. I re-emailed them on Monday and again still had no response - I have asked them to re-release the "new" list of winners and also for a list of the postal winners for that months magazine as there were loads and I've seen no list.....
Although I'm really happy with what I;ve won this year i just think this is a bit of a farce and so many people have been let down by them......
hopefully we will hear soon!
