Attention: GLAMOUR MAKEUP BAG "WINNERS"

I'm not on the list for a make-up bag, but I did win with Glamour and I received all my prizes. I would not be happy If I thought I had won and 'all of a sudden' I haven't! You would have thought that a big Company like Glamour would have sent everyone that 'unfortunately' didn't win (but did) a small prize anyway...;).

I had the email too - I did enter the comp everyday but had not won this prize - I am still waiting for a cleanser however which I have given up hope of receiving as its been so long :rolleyes:

I'm not on the list for the make up bag, but did receive the email. I am still missing two of my prizes, the Hair Mask from the 12th and the Hair Treatment from the 21st.

Anyone received those yet?

For those that were on the list but received the email, I would definitely complain to the ISF, surely they can't advertise 500 prizes of something, and 500 winners and then 2 months down the line decide that they'll only give out 250??? Anybody know if there are 250 members of staff in the Glamour Office with nice new shiney make up bags!!!:rolleyes:

I wasn't on the list but received the email. I emailed them about my missing prize (the lipgloss), and they sent out what I think was an automated reply saying that a few companies, specifically James Brown were experiencing problems in getting the stuff out. I didn't even win the James Brown stuff. What a shambles.

awwww no, I am on the list and I just got the email! maybe they picked the first 250 or maybe the company didnt supply any?

Really sorry to hear about this for all of you who have won. Im still waiting for 2 prizes im considering emailing them about this, does anyone have an address for this? Thanks!

My name and my husbands are on the list for the make up bags and we've both had emails - I won 4 time and he won 3 (including this) and to date have only received the lashes.....

It would be interesting to see if they can now release a list with the 250 winning names on to compare against the original list....! I will be emailing them particularly as this was the one I really wanted!!!!!......

I agree that its really disappointing for a large company like Glamour to make such a mistake!

I wasn't one of the winners for this but I do think Glamour have really handled it badly. Mind you, Cosmo still owe me one of my prizes...

Sorry to hear of your problems. The advertising Standards Authority have an on line complaints form. Power to the people and all that!! They may take more notice and consider goodwill then.
