Im really disappointed. I was on the list of winners.

wonder how they picked their winners and found the first 250 then?????

I was on the list for a hair mask and dry shampoo and still havent received them.

Personally I would say that the company should be able to get something of equivalent value to send out.

I suppose if their sponsor company let them down then they are governed by that. BUT - as this is a larger company I would expect them to honour it. I know the teeny tiny site that I am connected with would do our best to do something even if it comes out of my own pocket.

I think I will email them back.

I've just emailed them and feel slightly better for it...... venting my frustration works wonders.....

I'm still waiting on the dry shampoo and hair treatment too and mentioned this is my email to them...... I've also asked for a list from the postal comps from May as I entered loads and have seen no winners on here from that either!!!!!

Hopefully they will action if we all email!

My names on the list but just got that email so it looks like i will not get the Make up bag.

I was also on the original winners list for the make up bag and received the email today telling me I now wouldn't be getting one. Very disappointed.

Mind you, I'm still waiting for the dry shampoo thingy...

This is shocking!! They should do the honourable thing and give everyone on the list the prize they deserve. How could they have made such a mistake? it was advertised for long enough.

how I do it is I dont publish the list until the list has been sent to the promoter/publisher.

The competition in the first place is always checked by them and given the chance to make amendments where appropriate.

Think glamour unfortunately need to hold their hands up to this and supply something.

Appreciate its an error but even so.

Well with the laws of probability (ooh check me out) I find it strange that so many people on here are on the list and received the email so maybe it is a problem with their supplier and nobody is going to get one now
