    How do you find the diet? I've never dieted so I find the idea of it odd - isnt it about food combining? A friend did it a while back and lost 4 stone and has kept it off by joining a gym!

    well, that is never likely to happen now :( :rolleyes: God, even the thought of having to admit that to my Mum.........shudder........even though I have a 5 year old niece!!! Apparently my Mum told my sister she realised she was pregnant before she even told my Mum, apparently she has 'mellowed' over the years about being open , bit too late for me really :o

    I can highly recommend the mirena coil....I had one for nearly ten years before having mine out so I could have Chloe and now I have a new one. Stops lady stuff completely and I have to say worked wonders for me hormonally......

    I thought it made me gain weight but that had something to do with the amount of food I ate!:rotfl:
