got my fingers in my ears.........can't hear you Sammy.............lol..........

The only thing about SW is where familiarity kind of becomes a rut. It's easy to start eating the same things week in, week out and then plateau and get frustrated (anyone for a Mullerlight  ) and although they say it's unlimited portions, there does come a time when you do have to start cutting back on the portion sizes because the weight stops coming off. Grains are allowed unlimited on a green (carb) day - rice, cous cous, etc, it's the cereal which is limited (unless you spend some of your 'syns' on it).

I must have had a go at SW at least a dozen times over the years. I once lost 5 stone on it in 6 months just after I moved here but I then hit the Cruella phase of my life and food became a very good friend and I put it all back on in as many months as I lost it. I usually do well for 3 weeks, lose about 10 pounds, realise I can't face another Muller light (they are 'free' and you can eat as many as you like ) and give up :rotfl:

Yogurts are bad - seriously high amounts of sugar in and they dont fill you up at all  They have something like 14 grams of sugar in a pot which because its in liquid form is easily absorbed by the body - much better off eating an apple or something!

I didnt eat them for 3 years - I only eat them now after running!

I'm thinking of trying the mirena Sammy, but I don't really have the need at the moment.

I'm feeling possibly irrationally annoyed. My Dad has been at my house today looking after Ryan and has done a couple of odd jobs while he was here. But for some weird reason, he has taken stuff out of my outside bin (I know because it was really full, and now it's not.

I'm thinking he was trying to help, and has maybe taken some rubbish to the tip, but I think it's a bit of a strange thing to do, not to mention the rather interesting variety of condom packets and other rather personal things that were in there.

Now you know why I live 30 miles away - I would have literally no privacy if I lived any closer.

Becks, I may consider the Depo injection if you found you lost weight with it (that sounds wrong, I wouldn't be taking it to try to lose weight, I've lost loads already and I'm quite happy with progress - but I mean if you've found it didn't make you put weight on, that's quite reassuring).

Iwas the same Sammy. Every time I started it, I thought - look at this huge list of free foods (on either plan), all these lush fruits I could try etc.........oh look, muller light for breakfast, pasta n sauce for lunch, something chicken and rice related for dinner........

Back from weigh in and have lost 3 lbs this week I am sure that has been helped by the 28 miles I have walked this week to:D

I really dont like mullerlites BB, I prefer to have some natural yogurt with frozen berries or banana.

I really dont want to gain next week on holiday so I plan to have a treat a day and walk it off, we are also taking the swingball so will have competitions with OH and the boys.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
