My heart beats faster, and i feel hot and i have a dry mouth and cant swallow, then i want to run, but i dont know where to. I have to go to bed i feel ill nite all.

Good point JD, I to want to run, just away from where I don't feel comfortable.

You did it Al, I think you should get a very large, Well done for that. I bottled exactly the same thing in December, I would have fainted, I know it.

Hi well a little bit about me!
I started drinking at an early age 15ish (helped me to forget things at home & who I was)
Then every time things got bad in my life I turned back to my old friend for comfort & to forget.
Not a lot at first but you know how it is. You know you might have a problem but one day it will all sort its self out. Things will get better this !!!! cant go on forever. But then you realise 25yrs later that this so could friend has helped ruin you health & the life that you were always chasing.
I was feeling pretty good with my self, I had not had a drink for 2wks up in till the other night, & I think that’s when I new enough was enough & that although I thought it would one day sort its self out, that day was never going to come.
I drink anything alcoholic I don’t really care what it is. If I need a drink & its there I will drink it. Its all the same apart from I prefer to drink vodka it seem to hit the spot quicker for me, I can drink 3lts a week, (I’m not proud of that, more discussed) & on a good wk some times I just have 1 bottle but more often than not its more.
I cant have just 1 drink, it doesn’t work like that for me, I have to escape & completely disappear, sometimes this helps me forget & some times it makes me remember other things I thought id left behind.

I don’t know if it is serious she is 22 & has shadow on her ovaries, will get results in 10days.

yeah im good i atarted a big book study today. and it went well i have home work to do every day.... read 5-8 pages and look for promise's messages. and words to look up in that i dont understand...
