Al i can really relate to not doing the thing that you know helps. like you with your cd.

Its not music as such, just a reference point. One thing that helps me is having rennies with me, I don't have to take them, just have them in my pocket. If I don't have them, it can go wrong, hey it can still go wrong anyway, but they help.

I can't sleep alone if I haven't had a drink and sometimes when I have, I have to leave the tv on and I'm not afraid of anything, just can't sleep, or have a mildpanic attack, for no reason. Because of this everytime the OH is away, I use it as an excuse to get a all night call girl round.

It's supposed to be about phobias, which the second half might go into a bit more, but so far it has been about teaching yourself to relax:o Rather than panic:eek:

Yes, I need to follow the steps. And I need to read the big book. Why don't I do it then? I don't know, I really don't know.

me either babe. i dont read mine as much as i should. so i got it on audio and i still dont listen to that when im sat here in silence reading this.

think it's my addict not wanting me to get/stay well....... it tells me i'm not drinkinf==g this min/day so it's ok. really i know it aint i did to keep on with what i started nearly six months ago... i'm still saying my prays and doing personal inventory. but not really going to any lenths. i dont think the whole bingo/cashback thing sits right with me. i'll knock it on the head... plus all my capital is wrapped up in quidco and my wife is refusing to give me anymore to "put on that dam site" my protest are not really going well as she just ask's "wheres the money then if your making profit". and i have to say "i'll have it in two months, love " bet richard branson never had this trouble.

Ps feeile i have a little version of the aa book. i'll send you it if you'll use it. or i can give you the audio via msn as i can any1 else who wants it....
